BDO Jawad Habib, Bahrain organised a 2-day induction workshop for all new joiners at BDO Jawad Habib headquarters in the Diplomatic area.
The main objectives of the induction workshop focused on the services provided by the firm and discussed various aspects including methodologies of consultancy, auditing and legal advice.
Mr. Fuad Abdulla, MCS Manager, who conducted the workshop stated, 'Induction workshops are essential especially when new joiners are fresh graduates with strong potential for growth and development. It helps them identify the right track in their careers and form the guidelines for their achievements.'
The workshop was attended by a number of auditors and management consultants in the firm who helped give new joiners an insight about the firm, its clients and activities.
