Cairo - AXA Egypt has announced a long-term partnership with B.TECH the Number 1 Omni channel retailer for consumer electronics & home appliances in Egypt to provide its customers with damage insurance, as part of its ongoing efforts to expand its services in Egypt. The company seeks the implementation of this partnership throughout different phases.
The first phase focuses on providing insurance coverage for televisions purchased from B.TECH. Insurance will apply to all purchase methods, both online and in-stores where there number has reached more than 100 branches located in 25 governorates and 30 cities. The customer must provide the original purchase invoice to replace the device surely after calculating the policy deductible if applicable. Customers must report the damaged device to AXA within 48 hours from the accident date by either calling the designated hotline or sending an e-mail.
This long-term partnership comes within the framework of AXA's continuous efforts and keenness to expand the scope of its business and services in the Egyptian market, as the company seeks to help its customers obtain insurance coverage related to all aspects of their lives, from health care to various household appliances. As well, B.TECH seeks to confirm its commitment to its customers and provide them with the best-unprecedented services and solutions, in correlation with their ambitious expansion strategy.
