On of Saudi Arabia’s most anticipated events, Winter at Tantora is set against the stunning backdrop of AlUla, home to Hegra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Not your average cultural festival, Winter at Tantora will offer several once-in-a-life-time experiences - from star-studded musical performances and hot air balloon rides, to vintage aircraft experiences and Michelin Star chefs serving up delicious dishes. Outdoor enthusiasts can take part in hiking trips and 4x4 excursions.

Highlights of the performances include:

Andrea Bocelli

Internationally renowned Italian opera singer Andrea Bocelli will take to the stage on 31st January. The multi-award winner is expected to play some of his much-loved songs such as Because We Believe, Time To Say Goodbye and La Vie En Rose.

The multitalented Yiannis Chryssomallis (better known as ‘Yanni’) is a Greek composer, keyboardist, pianist, and music producer.  The superstar will be taking to the stage at Winter at Tantora on 7th February.

The talented international dancers of Caracalla will set the scene for a more romantic evening on 14th February – Valentine’s Day, in addition to performances on 13th and 15th February.

Enrique Iglesias

This noughties icon rose to fame in 2001 with his song Hero which featured Jennifer Love Hewitt in the famous video. Since then, he has gone from strength-to-strength. His private life reads straight from the pages of Hollywood royalty: his father is a renowned singer too (Julio Iglesias) and his long-term girlfriend none other than international tennis star Anna Kournikova. The pop icon will be performing at the festival on 21st February.

About Winter at Tantora

Winter at Tantora is a festival in AlUla County in northwest Saudi Arabia, a place of extraordinary natural beauty and cultural heritage. Running from December 19, 2019 to March 7, 2020, Winter at Tantora will bring 12 weekends of wonder to the AlUla Oasis, inspired by its spectacular scenery. Home to archaeological treasures, natural beauty and magnificent monuments that span millennia, AlUla is set on the ancient incense route between Southern Arabia and Egypt. It became a hub of commercial and cultural exchange because a lush oasis valley ran through it, creating an ideal environment for civilisations to flourish.
