Gulf for Good, the UAE-based charity, will receive the valuable support of Al Tayer Motors, exclusive distributor of Ford cars in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, for the next fundraising challenge – the Emirates Adventure.

Al Tayer Motors is providing a Ford Explorer and a Ford Expedition to support participants on the 5-day cycle ride around the Northern Emirates in aid of charities in the UAE and Palestine.

The Emirates Adventure begins on Monday 10th February when 16 ambitious cyclists will depart from The Dubai Country Club. The journey will take them from the base of the Hajar Mountains in Hatta, along the coast, through the Wadi Bih, past lagoons and desert, to arrive back in Dubai on Friday 14th February.

“We take the safety of the cyclists very seriously and the two Ford off-road vehicles will ensure the maximum support possible by assisting the forward planning of the route and supporting those who may be in need of assistance towards the back of the group”, explained Charity Director Paul Oliver who, a keen cyclist, is leading the Gulf for Good group.

Gulf for Good is organising two other challenges this year to Jordan and Kilimanjaro and can be contacted on Dubai 352 9999, fax 349 6550 or www.gulf4good.org.
