This initiative positions AK Design as one of the most forward thinking and progressive companies in Dubai to work for and conduct business with. The principal aims of the policy is to improve the work/life balance of our employees by reducing the work week and work hours with upheld salaries and benefits in whilst improving productivity and without compromising AK Design’s responsibility to meet all of our client’s design and project commitments. During the initial 3-month pilot period, AK Design’s core working week will run from Sundays to Wednesdays with added flexibility to attend to the external requirements of our clients on Thursdays where we will continue to recognize our client’s traditional working hours.
