ISIT, the Company that provides 'Intelligent Storage through Integrated Technology' recently signed a major contract with the Municipality and Planning Department - Ajman Government, to supply, implement and support a Network Appliance based Centralized SAN storage system that will modernize Ajman Municipality data storage infrastructure; ISIT will also offer on-going services to operate the new environment.
The deal provides Ajman Municipality with the latest unified data storage infrastructure to consolidate their applications and achieve efficient data protection, high availability and disaster recovery.
Acknowledging the important win against established competitors, ISIT AE CEO, Mahesh Vaidya, said "This project effectively presents Ajman Municipality with an investment protection solution that offers business agility and growth along with supporting its 'green philosophy' initiative."
The CEO said that ISIT's unique approach to storage in comparison to traditional resellers had given ISIT a distinct advantage. In turn Vaidya believed this opportunity would pave the way for ISIT to build a long term partnership with the Ajman Government.
