Under this category, a hero is chosen from each organizational unit and recognized four times a year, once every three months.
On a separate note, the Human Resources Department of AFZ has recently launched an e-training system for all of its employees during the period of remote working, where the team has adapted to work remotely during the Covid-19 crisis. The move falls in line with the continuing efforts aimed at enhancing and developing the competencies and skills of employees by utilizing the latest online training programs. In May of this year, the AFZ successfully completed the training of more than 120 employees.
