SINGAPORE- Kuwait has raised the February official selling price (OSP) for Kuwait Export Blend Crude (KEC) by 40 cents to 15 cents a barrel above the average of Oman and Dubai prices reported by Platts, a document reviewed by Reuters showed on Tuesday.

The OSP for Kuwait Super Light Crude (KSLC) fell 20 cents to a $1.30 a barrel premium to the average of Platts Oman and Dubai prices.

The price changes tracked those set by Saudi Arabia last week.
