Dubai – Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries Company has changed its commercial name to Gulfa General Investments.
The company has also amended its trading symbol from GULFA to GULFA-INVEST, alongside the adoption of a new logo, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in July, the subscription to the company's issued capital rise was covered by 100.18%, as the company has sought to raise its capital to AED 40 million by issuing 10 million shares at a nominal value of AED 1 per share.
