Riyadh – The net profits after Zakat and tax of Nahdi Medical Company amounted to SAR 887.80 million in 2022, higher by 9.27% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 812.50 million.

The Saudi firm generated revenues worth SAR 8.61 billion as of 31 December 2022, up 6.82% from SAR 8.06 billion in 2021, according to the annual financial results.

Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 6.83 last year from SAR 6.25 in 2021.

Dividends for H2-22

The board members announced the distribution of SAR 390 million, equivalent to 30% of the company’s capital, as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2022.

In this regard, the medical firm will disburse SAR 3 per share for 130 million eligible shares.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and payment dates for the dividends will be 28 March and 10 April 2023, respectively.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Nahdi Medical recorded a 13.52% YoY rise in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 759.80 million, compared to SAR 669.30 million.
