Riyadh – The board of Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company proposed cash dividends worth SAR 72.48 million, equivalent to 8% of its capital, for 2022.

The Tadawul-listed firm would pay out a dividend of SAR 0.80 per share for 90.60 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the distribution date for the 2022 dividends will be announced at a later time.

The board members recommended the dividends during their meeting that was held on 16 March 2023.

Last year, Amlak International logged net profits worth SAR 96.72 million, lower by 10.24% than SAR 107.75 million in 2021.
