The board of directors of Dubai Refreshment, the sole bottler and distributor of PepsiCo products in the UAE, has elected Ahmad Bin Eisa Al Serkal as chairman.
Al Serkal was unanimously elected to the post during the board of directors’ meeting on Thursday, according to a disclosure on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Friday.
The company had reported a profit of AED105.6 million ($28.7 million) for the year ended December 31, 2022, up from AED 96.8 million in the previous year.
