Cairo –  Rimco EGT Investment has purchased 12.41 million shares of B Investments Holding for an average price of EGP 15.5 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

The total value of the purchase transaction was EGP 192.42 million.

Rimco’s stake in B Investments is now raised to 10.617%, compared to 2.86% prior to the deal.
