ArabFinance: Eastern Company's (EAST) ordinary general assembly which convened on Oct. 16 approved the company business activity and proposed dividends by the board for FY ended on June 30, 2019.
The OGM decided to distribute one pound - based on number of shares on June 30. At the same time, the EGP 0.40 of coupon shall be postponed for 3 months (i.e. on Jan of 2020).
