Cairo – The board of Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork has recommended a coupon distribution of EGP 96.34 million for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021.
The coupon distribution stands at EGP 1.75 per share, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, the company reported consolidated net profits of EGP 87.32 million, up 141% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 36.2 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
