Cairo – The board of directors of Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork decided to establish a limited liability company in Tunisia.
Acrow Misr will own 49% of the company’s capital which stands at $25,000, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The board also decided to increase the capital of Acrow Romania by EGP 43.13 million.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company’s net profits declined to EGP 172.69 million last year from EGP 184.97 million in 2018.
