The travel Red List of countries will no longer be in force and all unvaccinated passengers arriving to Bahrain can undergo the precautionary quarantine at their place of residence, rather than designated quarantine centres.

The Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA) yesterday announced the update to Bahrain’s entry procedures for those arriving via Bahrain International Airport, following the Government Executive Committee’s approval of recommendations made by the National Medical Taskforce for Combating Coronavirus.

The new measures will come into force from Sunday.

The CAA emphasised that the precautionary health measures currently in force will continue to be followed, and entry procedures can be viewed on the Health Ministry’s website healthalert.gov.bh
