Cairo –  Telecom Egypt announced signing several agreements with Orange Egypt with the aim of improving their commercial and service quality terms.

The two telecom operators inked an amendment to their mobile-to-fixed termination agreement as well as an annex to the current agreements extending to 2022 governing international voice services, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

Additionally, another agreement was signed to settle some commercial disputes between the two parties and develop mechanisms to avoid such obstacles in the future.

During the first nine months of 2020, Telecom Egypt posted net profits of EGP 3.53 billion, up from EGP 3.42 billion in the year-ago period.
