Arab Finance: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Co (EGYtrans) has approved the amendment of Article 3 of the company’s Articles of Association, as per a disclosure.
Accordingly, the company’s name will be changed to Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Co (EGYTRANS NOSCO).
The EGM also endorsed the addition of Articles 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, and 73 to its articles of association.
