Khartoum, Jun. 7, 2007 (WAM) -- Outgoing UAE Ambassador, Isa Abdullah Al-Basha Al Nuaimi, has hosted a dinner banquet to welcome the new UAE Ambassador, Ahmed Ja'afar Abdul Karim.
The reception was attended by a number of dignitaries, includingSudanese Minister of State for Investment Affairs, Al Sameeh Al SiddiqAl Al Noor and other senior Sudanese officials.
Al Nuaimi wished the new ambassador success in boosting furtherthe strong fraternal relations between the UAE and Sudan.
The new ambassador expressed profound gratitude to Al Nuaimifor the reception and expressed happiness to work in Sudan.
