The Advanced Unified Telecommunication Establishment (Bevatel) signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with the Saudi Go Telecom Company on Monday, February 7, 2023, AD, at the International Technical Conference (LEAP 23) held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This agreement aims to create cooperation between the two companies to help many institutions and commercial activities in Saudi Arabia use new mechanisms for communication based on the latest cloud call center solutions and systems and CRM System provided by Bevatel with professional tools and unlimited features.

The Bevatel - Go Telecom agreement comes with a presence of some Bevatel representatives at the global tech event in its second edition, launched on Sunday, February 6, 2023 until February 9, 2023, under the Hashtag #LEAP23, in the presence of more than 100,000 technical innovators and experts from all over the world, with the participation of more than 500 expert speakers.

This partnership resulted in an agreement, according to which Bevatel will provide all its cloud solutions for the call center and the Bevatel Business Chat platform to integrate social media channels, CRM system, and WhatsApp Business API to GO Telecom customers who may need Bevatel services and techniques in all parts of the Kingdom.

This agreement is part of Bevatel's expansions and one of its steps to deploy its latest solutions and cloud systems for call centers and customer service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region in general and to develop businesses and establishments' contact centers to improve sales, customer service, and technical support performance.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Khaled Al-Rashid, the founder and CEO of the Modern International Corporation for Communications and Information Technology, and Mr. Yahia Bin Saleh Al Mansour, CEO of GO Telecom, and both of them stressed the importance of this cooperation for both companies and what it will contribute to developing contact centers of institutions and businesses in the Kingdom.

In this context, Mr. Hassan Ahmed / General Manager of The Advanced Unified Telecommunication Establishment (Bevatel) expressed his gratitude for signing such partnerships with Go Telecom. He also emphasized the importance of this agreement, with the continuous expansion of Bevatel in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries and fulfilling the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

It is worth noting that the Bevatel – Go Telecom agreement is part of a series of partnerships and agreements that Bevatel signs with many major telecommunications companies in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, aiming to provide multi-feature solutions and more professional systems that serve many business sectors and institutions and meet the growing needs and requirements of the sales, technical support, and customer departments
