The Royal Commission for Jubail and  Yanbu (RCJY) will sign tomorrow (Sunday) in Riyadh deals with its partners  aimed at the development of Ras Al-Khair Industrial City (RKIC), according to a press release issued by RCJY.

RCJY partners include Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) and Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu (MARAFIQ).

The signing ceremony will be attended by  RCJY Chairman Prince Saud bin Abdullah Al-Thanian, Minister of Water and Electricity Eng Abdullah al-Husain, CEO of Maaden Eng Khalid al-Madifer, and CEO of Marafiq Eng Thamir al-Sharhan.

The event comes in implementation of a Saudi council of minister's decision that the RCJY undertakes the development of RKIC on the footsteps of Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities.

Ii is to be recalled that RCJY continues works for preparation of infrastructures , public utilities, and road networks in RKIC based on the standards it is adopting in Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities.

Soon after the decision of Saudi Council of Ministers, RCJY formed a number of specialized committees to work out a comprehended plan to this end similar to the plan applied on Jubail and Yanbu cities but, however, adapting to RKIC requirements, the press release said.
