DOHA - The Medical Services Department of the Ministry of Interior conducted a lecture on the practical side of forensic medicine for a group of lawyers who are attending the second training course for lawyers organised by the Legal Studies Centre under the Ministry of Justice.

The participants included Adviser Anas Arnaut, and Attorneys Hamad Samaan Al Hajery, Abdullah Ahmed Tahir, Mishaal Al Kaabi and Fathimah Al Rubaa. Dr Faiq Ameen Bakr, Forensic Medicine Consultant at Medical Services Department spoke on various kinds of injuries treated at the forensic medicine section, how to find out the reasons for the death of a victim, and the methods used in committing crimes. The lawyers visited various sections of the forensic medicine section before heading to visit the morgue at Hamad Medical Corporation.
