The Iraq Alliance, affiliate to ex-premier Nouri al-Maliki, pre-conditioned its support to the new Iraqi Premier Haidar al-Ibadi that the legitimate demands of the people should be met.
The Iraq Alliance, affiliate to ex-premier Nouri al-Maliki, pre-conditioned its support to the new Iraqi Premier Haidar al-Ibadi that the legitimate demands of the people should be met.
In a statement, MP Ahmed al-Jbouri stated that the Alliance will support Ibadi in forming the new government provided his programme should urgently meet the legitimate demands wanted by the people.
The statement demanded the release of the innocent people, as urgent as possible, and compensates them for their arrest period, as well as building governmental establishment on bases of proficiency and specialization and expelling the corrupted persons from the coming government.© Aswat Aliraq 2014
