KUWAIT: Kuwait Insulating Material Manufacturing Company (KIMMCO), a leading insulation solution provider and a subsidiary of Alghanim Industries, recently held an employee awards ceremony, where employees from across the business were awarded for significant contributions in areas ranging from operational excellence, improving the environment, health and safety of the workplace to improving productivity, good house-keeping, as well as participation in community outreach programs. During the employee honoring ceremony, Mr. Hashim Gillani, acting Vice President, Alghanim Insulation Group, emphasized the need to seek excellence continually in everything that employees do and keep customers at the center of their focus at all times. The honoring ceremony recognized the following employees: Suliman Bader Kasses as Employee of the month- February 2013, Mohammed Shamim as Employee of the month- March 2013, Cold End Mechanics Team as Employee of the Quarter Q1 2013, Mathews Abraham for the Near Miss Award April 2013, Lohraseb Abbasi and Danilo Estacio for the Near Miss Award May 2013, and Angelito Michael for the Near Miss Award June 2013. Further awards were presented to employees who managed the 'White Belt Kaizen Project', these employees are namely: Robert Francis Menezes, Ivan Monis, Emran Sowaib, Roberto Ramos Torres , Sajan Sebastian, Ceferino Pamplona, Selman Olayan, Abdel Aziz Hamdy Mohamed, and Fahad Farooq.
