MUSCAT — Towell Auto Centre has introduced an SMS service for its valuable customers. The facility informs a customers when their vehicles are ready after service. It updates the customer on the status of the service and provides information to the customer about the bill amount. If any extra work needs to be done the information is again passed on to the customer. This facility also informs Mazda customers of various activities and schemes happening at Towell Auto Centre — be it the free service check-up campaign, the Mazda6 2.3 MZR launch or the Bridgestone tyres campaign.
“They do inform us what additional work was done. I don’t get shocks when I reach here to get my car as I am informed by SMS as to what is my bill amount,” remarked a customer.
Towell Auto Centre LLC is the sole distributor of Mazda, Suzuki bikes, Bridgestone tyres, Total lubricants, Lucas and Delphi parts in Oman.
