KUWAIT: Bahrah Trading Co has bagged yet another major order from City Bus, the Bus Transport & Warehousing Group, to supply 60 units of Daewoo buses. The supply contract was signed on May 14, 2006 by Mubarak Naser Al-Sayer, Chief Executive Officer (automotive) on behalf of Al-Sayer Group and Eng Fahad Al-Awade, General Manager - City Bus for two Group. This repeat order follows the 167 units ordered recently and 93 units already operating in the fleet of City Bus, thus bringing the total Daewoo fleet with City Bus to 320 units.
This deal, no doubt, is a sign1ficant achievement for Bahrah against the backdrop of global competition existing in Kuwait for such products. Presently, the Daewoo buses with their unfailing quality, reputation and proven track record, are already a common sight on Kuwait roads.
While wishing all success and prosperity and trouble-free operation of the Daewoo fleet, Mubarak Al-Sayer expressed his appreciation and thanks to City Bus for the continued trust and confidence reposed in Bahrah and world-renowned products marketed by them.
"Our decision to place repeat orders for Daewoo is due to the excellent performance of Daewoo buses and the dependable after sales support extended by Bahrah Trading Company commended Eng Fahad Al-Awadi general manager City Bus.
