"According to the coordination with Chinese partner, preliminaries have been done to export Samand sedan by June or July," he said.
He said that IKCO will export the 1,000 cars on schedule and that the export will continue until setting up production line of the brand car in China.
Pointing to the fact that the two sides should supply spare parts and after sale services of the car in the East Asian country, he noted that the company will export completely built-up (CBU) of Samand sedan to China.
The 12th International Car Exhibition of Shanghai opened in the presence of car-manufacturers from 20 countries including Iran on Sunday.
The IKCO company is taking part in the seven-day exhibition to showcase its two brands of Soren and Samand LX sedans.
