To better offer a broad-brush impression of the technical state of affairs of the major G10 currency pairs, I hope frequently to publish something similar to what you see below. It will hopefully give traders a quick overview of the market hotspots and short-term and long-term trends, as well as when the trends may be in the process of flipping. I would appreciate your feedback on anything you don’t find understandable on the FX Board and anything you think might be missing. (I have plans for adding additional tools, but don’t want to put too much into a single table, or board, as it can get too busy…just FYI – so you can also comment on something you would like to see “outside the box” — any basic metric you would find useful in a daily update.)

Importantly, the FX Board will clearly indicate when trends are changing and are therefore more likely to force me to comment when key technical events may be unfolding. Whether I feel the signal is an interesting or valid one or not, it’s nonetheless an objective signal that must be processed…

Important: the following is not a production model and may contain errors — I am showing it now in the hope of getting your valuable feedback before moving forward with the final version, to which I may add further bells and whistles. So comment freely — positively or negatively!

Below the graphic, please see a guide to what each column/row is showing if it is not immediately evident.
