Cairo – Mubasher: Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Company has signed a contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for the financial reconstruction and the merger of subsidiaries.

Under the contract, PwC will provide accounting, legal, and tax advice to the Egyptian holding company for the planned merger and the implementation of restructuring.

It is worth noting that Warner Consulting recommended merging Cotton & Textile Industries Holding’s 22 textile units and 9 ginning and trade of cotton.

The company’s subsidiaries are planned to be merged into 9 textile companies and just one company for cotton grinning and trade.
