BASRA: The Iraqi Electricity Ministry agreed to sell 325 megawatts to Basra province from the quantities produced by the electrical production vessels in the port, provincial sources said today.
BASRA: The Iraqi Electricity Ministry agreed to sell 325 megawatts to Basra province from the quantities produced by the electrical production vessels in the port, provincial sources said today.
The source told Aswat al-Iraq that this new quantity shall be added to the share of the province from the central electricity network.
The productions of these vessels will reach 350 megawatts, which enable the province to increase the length of supply to the population.
Basra, the center of the province, lies 590 km south of the capital, Baghdad.
