Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, the UAE's third-largest lender by assets, was hit by an IT disruption affecting its mobile banking app and contact centre services, the bank said in a note to customers on Tuesday.
Banking services were available through alternative channels, the bank said. The bank also faced similar issues on Monday owing to an IT disruption across the Middle East.
