MUMBAI (Dow Jones)--India's Ashapura Minechem Ltd. (527001.BY) said Wednesday unit Ashapura Minechem (UAE) FZE has divested its entire stake in an Oman-based joint venture, Ashapura Zawawi Minerals LLC.
Alawi Enterprises LLC was Ashapura Minechem's partner in the joint venture, the Mumbai-listed mining company said in a note to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The note didn't say who took the stake or provide any financial terms.
