AJMAN, May 21st, 2013 (WAM) -- The Ajman Free Zone Authority yesterday organised an initiative entitled "A Cup of Coffee" designed to facilitate communication between customers, investors and the Free Zone Authorities.

The aim of the "Cup of Coffee" initiative is designed to encourage the authorities to meet the changing needs of customers by understanding their desires and take any corrective or preventive actions necessary to improve and develop Zone operations.

Obeid Al Matrooshi, Director of the Department of Operations at the Ajman Free Zone Authority, stated that the follow-up activation of such initiatives twice a year leads to enhanced and strengthened customer relationships, and that the implementation of recommendations and proposals that take place in the meeting would add value to the development and contribute to raising customer satisfaction.

Rafia Al Suwaidi, Director of Customer Relations Department at the Authority, said the initiative is contributing to an increase in the proportion of customer satisfaction.

The initiative was attended by officials from The Ajman Police General Headquarters and a large number of investors and customers of the Authority.
