Dubai, Feb. 1st, 2008: Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Department and Chairman of the Emirates Airlines Group sent a congratulatory cable to Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on the appointment of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum as Dubai Crown Prince and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum as Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
