Bank Secures Top Regional Recognition in Euromoney's Private Banking Survey for First Time

Dubai/United Arab Emirates, 2 March 2015 - UBS has been recognised as the best bank in the Middle East for "Ultra High Net Worth clients" and "Asset Management" in Euromoney's global Private Banking Survey for 2015. UBS ranked first in both categories for the first time, after placing second in 2014 for Ultra High Net Worth clients.

The annual survey, which is now in its 12th year, is recognised as the industry's leading barometer for the best service and product providers to the world's wealthy.

Close to 450 institutions from more than 90 countries took part in the survey, and gave 2,377 responses. Together they represent more than USD15 trillion in assets under management. Euromoney's Private Banking Survey covers 12 different product and client categories on a global and regional basis, and has ranking results in 69 countries.
