The law firm of Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) announces that it represented Al Yasra Fashion ("Al Yasra") on the acquisition of a significant majority stake in a major watch retailer headquartered in Dubai. The transaction also included the entry into a franchise agreement between Al Yasra and the target company with respect to Al Yasra's On Time brand.
Founded in 1993, Al Yasra is a fashion retail leader in the Middle East, with a portfolio of over 60 high-end fashion, footwear and accessories brands such as DKNY, DonnaKaran, Kenzo and Jimmy Choo in the fashion field and On Time and Trinkets in the watch retail field.
