Sharjah Holding PJSC, a strategic partnership between the government of Sharjah and Majid Al Futtaim Properties, announced that Al Zahia, Sharjah’s award-winning, master planned community has launched the Al Lilac neighbourhood on Saturday, April 8, 2017.
Al Lilac, the third neighbourhood in Al Zahia, comprises three-bedroom townhouses, four and five-bedroom villas and the newly introduced three-bedroom courtyard villas. The neighbourhood will provide a host of conveniences including areas for recreation, worship and childcare, in addition to communal areas and access to retail facilities.
Designed to meet the needs of the entire family, Al Lilac boasts a number of top-tier amenities including a themed, 6,000-square-metre sensory park with interactive sculptures and landscaped areas. In addition, a series of integrated footpaths connect to Al Zahia’s five additional themed parks, providing residents with a number of alternate pathways for jogging, walking and cycling.
Structured in the form of seven individually designed neighbourhoods, Al Zahia is currently home to 50 families in its first neighbourhood, Al Jouri (Phase I), with handover of 200 homes in Al Jouri (Phase II) currently underway, bringing the total number of homes in the neighbourhood to 250. The second neighbourhood, Al Narjis, is 85% sold and currently under construction, while Al Lilac, the third neighbourhood, will see the release of an additional 120 homes.
The Al Lilac neighbourhood has been designed to suit current and future demand, incorporating homeowners feedback to create more well-designed spaces that suit their requirements for daily life.
Al Zahia is a premium residential destination in Sharjah with six themed parks, leisure facilities and prime retail. The community will feature 2,270 residential units upon completion in 2022, ranging from spacious 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas and townhouses to apartments of various sizes, designed to meet the needs of families in every aspect.
