Muscat - Saraya Bandar Jissah, the developer of the newest luxurious Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC)announced that the company has awarded the Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG)a contract to construct the second Five Star Hotel located on the stunning beachfront of Bandar Jissah bay. Within the terms of the contract, the renowned construction company will undertake, structural and civil works, fit-out and interior works, final finishes and fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), along with Mechanical, electrical and plumbing services (MEP), and External Finishes, roads, car parking and landscaping. Habtoor Leighton Group's building expertise encompasses hotel developments, commercial and retail developments, residential developments, hospitals and healthcare facilities, education and cultural developments, industrial facilities, sports facilities and government/defence buildings. By signing this contract HLG will be constructing both of Saraya Bandar Jissah's second five star hotels as they already signed the construction of the other hotel.
The second Five Star Hotel operated by Jumeirah Groupat Saraya Bandar Jissah will provide 112 rooms in unparalleled style. Modelled on the traditional Omani village architecture, the hotel will be structured around three levels with different heights flowing down to the beach level. These are based on the three traditional lifestyle locations in Oman: 'Jebel'or mountain living on the topmost level, 'Bustan' or green oasis living in the middle, and 'Shat'ee' or beach living on the lower level. Poised for a grand opening in 2017, the two hotels form the major leisure and hospitality components of Saraya Bandar Jissah.

Saraya Bandar Jissah, which is being developed in partnership between Omran and Saraya Oman, is located on Bandar Jissah bay in Muscat and surrounded by the Hajar Mountains. Saraya Bandar Jissah is set to be home to 398 exclusive residential units, spacious hilltop villas, stylish town-houses and luxury apartments - all with attractive waterfront and mountainside views.
