Dubai hardware and tools trade worth Dh5.74b in 2015

With AED 878 million worth of trade, the United States was Dubais top hardware and tools trading partner in 2015.

Dubai: Dubai’s trade for hardware and tools was valued at Dh5.74 billion in 2015, according to a statement from Dubai Customs on Monday.

The emirate imported Dh3.87 billion worth of hardware and tools last year, while exports and re-exports into neighbouring countries were valued at Dh1.6 billion.

With Dh878 million worth of trade, the United States was Dubai’s top hardware and tools trading partner in 2015, followed by China, Italy, Germany and Saudi Arabia.
