KidzMondo Doha, a one-of-a-kind miniature edutainment city in Qatar, will welcome the visitors at the Mall of Qatar in December 2016, a senior official of UrbaCon Trading & Contracting (UCC) announced today.

"I'm pleased to see the edutainment arm of UCC opening very soon in Qatar where children could express their dreams and hopes and imitate the normal working life," said Qatar-based UrbaCon's CEO Moataz al-Khayyat.

"It is the first and only City of Education and Entertainment in Qatar where up to 800 children can play in a safe environment under the guidance of 200 trained expert staff, so it is really a new dimension to the understanding of edutainment," added al-Khayyat.

Children will be able to play all the traditional roles such as firemen, bankers, doctors, pilots, actors, beauticians and earn salaries in KidzMondo's currency that they can spend in the KidzMondo stores.

Some of the more recent partnerships of KidzMondo Doha include those with Palmera for the botany school, Qatar Media Corporation for the radio station, Dar Al Sharq for newspaper and Hempel for house painting.

Additionally, their membership with International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) since August 2011, is a promise of high standards of safety, education & training.
