Police issue 50% discount on Umm Al Quwain traffic fines

The 50 per cent discount is valid for one single day only

Umm Al Quwain: The Umm Al Quwain Police have decided to offer a 50 per cent discount on traffic fines and the release of impounded vehicles for one single day.

The offer was made on the occasion of International Happiness Day.

Lieutenant Colonel Saeed Bin Aran, director of the Traffic and Patrols Department of Umm Al Quwain Police, said the move is meant to bring happiness to the customers.

He said: “The move will drop the impoundment charges and traffic fines by half."

"The discount will start on Monday, March 20, and will end by the end of the day [Monday]."
