ST PETERSBURG, Russia, July 24 (Reuters) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Monday that Russia had reduced its oil output by 303,000 to 305,000 barrels per day (bpd) so far this month.

Novak also said Russia could agree for its oil exports to be monitored, but said that in that case exports of oil products should be monitored as well.
