DOHA: Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) has signed a framework agreement with International Organisation for Migration (IOM) to strengthen cooperation for securing emergency health assistance for those affected by the crisis in Iraq.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Al Qahtani, Head of QRCS delegation representing QRCS Executive Director Fahad Mohamed Al Naimi; and Thomas Lothar Weiss, IOM Chief of Mission in Iraq.
The two-year MoU involves enhancement of operational and technical capacities of local health services and comprehensive healthcare for the needy people.
