• 60,000-square-foot beachside venue slated for launch in Q4 2021

Dubai-UAE: Leading Dubai Asset management firm Merex Investment has announced the planned addition of Pavilion at The Beach opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) to its portfolio. The destination operator is currently developing the lavish 60,000-square-foot space with five new licensed restaurants, overlooking the pristine Arabian Gulf, slated for launch in Q4 2021.

The company is re-engineering its destination to better meet the needs of the community and the evolving consumer demands and preferences. The state-of-the-art infrastructure, unique design, and prominent locations of Merex Investments’ destinations, The Beach, City Walk and La Mer, makes the firm a partner of choice for local entrepreneurs as well as regional and global businesses. Pavilion at The Beach come hot on the heels of the successful opening of Bla Bla Beach Club, that offers a unique day-to-night experience.

The new licensed restaurants include: La Mezcaleria, Café Buur, Akiba Dori, Eataly and Hurricane’s grill.

The enclosed temperature-controlled environment makes Pavilion at The Beach an ideal location for casual dining all year long at any time of day.
