Oman came through as the best performer in the regional indices with gains of +2.0% over the month, followed by Egypt advancing by +1.7%, while Saudi Arabia and Bahrain gained +1.0% and +0.6%, respectively.

Dubai led the losing team with losses of -5.9%, followed by Kuwait, and Abu Dhabi indices each losing -4.9%, and -4.4%, respectively.

Crude oil is still maintaining its position above the USD60 per barrel mark, ending November up +3.1% over the last month. The active regional IPO pipeline, coupled with high oil prices and any positive news in the geopolitical scene will act as a catalyst to the subdued activity that the markets are witnessing recently.
