Manama Bahrain: The Tender Board, the independent regulator of Bahrain Government procurement activities, today opened 11 bids related to three tenders and one auction for four purchasing authorities.

The first, for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs, was regarding the lease of a building on the grounds of Al Ittihad Sports Club, with a total area of 3,000 square meters. Two bids were received for this auction.

A tender was also opened for the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), which is inviting qualified parties to submit proposals for electronic design, procurement, integration, installation, maintenance, and training for Software-defined Networks (SDNs). Four bids have been received for this tender.

One tender was also opened for the General Poultry Company (Dawajin) for Suppling Equipment for Layer farms. Three bids were received for this tender.

Finally, one tender was opened for Tatweer Petroleum to purchase IBM Maximo software licenses and provide technical support services. Two bids were received for this tender.
