Manama: Seef Properties, one of the leading integrated real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently announced signing a lease agreement with Plant Café to open a branch at Al Liwan; one of the promising projects developed by Seef Properties in Hamala area in the Northern Governorate.

Plant Café is the first 100% vegan restaurant in the Kingdom of Bahrain and its new branch at Al Liwan occupies 110 square meters. Since its official opening in 2017, the restaurant has been offering delicious vegan and healthy food within multiple options for vegan food lovers in a classy atmosphere, coupled with a distinguished and friendly service to all restaurant diners.

On this occasion, Seef Properties CEO, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf commented: “We are glad to welcome Plant Café at Al Liwan project which is the first vegan restaurant in the Kingdom. Al Liwan represents the Bahraini heritage and traditions in a contemporary style, due to its unique design and modern features, in addition to its 136 diversified shops and restaurants. The project has recently witnessed the signing of several leasing agreements with many leading local and international brands, with the occupancy rate reaching 65%.

The project will include a variety of options with the recent opening of Starbucks Café to be the first coffee shop to receive customers in Al Liwan, in addition to brands making its debut in the Kingdom, such as Lamb Chef and Danube Supermarket from Saudi Arabia, Crème from London, plus other renowned local, regional and global brands. As well as the recent opening of the totally new BBK branch at Al Liwan.
