Leading global real estate advisory firm Savills has signed up Tasmim, a new Omani real estate services provider and a part of the Shanfari Group, as its exclusive sales agent for the Habitat, a mixed-use development in capital Muscat.

As per the deal, Savills will cover the premium office and apartment suites at the premier landmark property, Habitat in central Muscat.
Located on Dohat Al Adab Street in Al Khuwair, Habitat is Muscat’s newest iconic mixed-use development that includes 44 luxury apartments, 118 world-class offices and a premium shopping mall.
 
The new partnership comes at a time when domestic and international purchasers are increasingly looking for quality and value with attractive returns and stylish residences and commercial space within the central Muscat area.
 
Commenting on the milestone agreement, Savills’ Head of Oman, Ihsan Kharouf said: "Habitat are a new grade of luxury commercial and residential suites located in central Muscat, and provides excellent specification and purchas price value from a trusted and established developer."
"We are bringing to the table the highest standards of professional global service and expertise with our deep knowledge of the local market," he stated.
Jan Willem Krijgsman, the Project Development Manager, Tasmim, said: "We are excited to sign this agreement with Savills Oman as our exclusive sales partner to manage the sales of our Habitat Project."
