Muscat: The National Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery has been converted into a coronavirus treatment centre, the Royal Hospital announced.

The hospital said in a statement, "We would like to inform you that the National Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery has been converted into a centre for the treatment of COVID-19 patients

"Therefore, we should note that all the departments of the centre have been transferred to the main building, while the workflow of the outpatient clinics and the pharmacy in the centre still continues," Royal Hospital added in the notification.
